When you enable the invoice function in the registration form, the system will automatically send out the confirmation email and the invoice to the participant. This feature allows user to create their own invoice with their branding. The system also will auto-generate the running numbers to be used as the invoice number in the template.


i. Click on Add New button

 

 

ii. Insert your Template Title

iii. Double click the content if you want to amend the template

iv. You can click the Insert Tag button to add items such as Ticket Quantity, Ticket Amount, Promo, Total Amount and etc.

  


v. If you would like to design your invoice using HTML code, you can click on the Source button

 

 

 

vi. Once you’re done with the design, Click Save button to save the template


Please note that you can only activate one Invoice design at one time.
