The online fees will be charged based on the currency of the tickets in your event.
For Ringgit Malaysia
a) Category A: For Ticket Price RM 49 and below
i. Online Fees: RM 1.50
ii. SST: 6% applied to the online fees
Example:
Ticket Price: RM 40.00
Online Fees: RM 1.50
SST: 8% x RM 1.50 = RM 0.12
iii. Amount going to be transfer to client: RM 38.38 (RM 40.00 - RM 1.50 - RM 0.12)
iv. Total online fees & SST: RM 1.62 (Online Fees: RM 1.50 + SST: RM 0.12)
b) Category B: For Ticket Price RM 50 and above
i. Online Fees: 3% of the Ticket Price
Example:
Ticket Price: RM 100.00
Online Fees: 3% x RM 100.00 = RM RM 3.00
ii. SST: 6% applied to the online fees
Example:
Ticket Price: RM 100.00
Online Fees: 3% x RM 100.00 = RM 3.00
SST: 8% x RM 3.00 = RM 0.24
iii. Amount going to be transferred to client: RM 96.76 (RM 100.00- RM 3.00 - RM 0.24)
iv. Total online fees & SST: RM 3.18 (Online Fees: RM 3.00 + RM 0.24)
For US Dollar
Online Fees: (5.5% x Ticket Price) + USD 0.30

The SST will be applied to the online fees for Malaysian Companies
For Singapore Dollar
Online fees: 5.5% x Ticket Price) + SGD 0.30
*The online fees for foreign currency are based on Paypal current rate. The fees are subject to change based on Paypal rates.
*The SST will be applied to the online fees for Malaysian companies or events conducted in Malaysia.
DISBURSEMENT
We will disburse the ticket collection on monthly basis. The disbursement will take place on 10th of each month. If it fall on public holidays, the disbursement will take place on the next working days.
