Master List

Evenesis keeps all your contacts from your event in the Master List. User also will be use the list for email blasting purpose.

You can find the module under Contacts.

To Add Contacts by Excel File

Go to Master List and Click Import Contacts

Download the excel template provided by clicking “here”

Note: In the excel file, ONLY column First Name is mandatory. When saving, please make sure the template is in .csv format

Click Choose File to upload the excel file. 

Choose your Group

Click Upload

Note: System will verify the contacts (email address) user upload into the system. The process will take 15 minutes - 2 hours depending on your contacts. During email blast, only contacts with a valid email address will be available.
