If you're seeing the message it can be due to one of the following:
1. The promo code entered is incorrect. The promo code is case sensitive, the participant needs to enter the exact promo code that has been registered at the backend (Evenesis).
2. The promo code has reached its maximum used quantity. You can check the remaining quantity of the promo code by going to the Tickets >> Promo Codes section. You can check the status and the remaining quantity of the promo code in the table.
3. The promo code has expired. Kindly check the end date of the availability of the promo code.
