To resend confirmation email to attendees you can follow these steps:


1. Go to Management >> Attendees


2. Select the attendees that you would like to resend the confirmation email by using the tick box beside their names

- You can also filter the attendees according to the ticket types using the Filter button.

- You can also search the name by using the search box




3.  Click on the Action button and choose Resend Confirmaiton Email. If you enable e-Ticket at the event setting, the confirmation email will sent out with e-ticket as an attachment


4. A pop-up dialogue will appear for you to confirm you action, click Resend



If you need to resend the confirmation email in bulk, you can select all contacts using the top check box in the first column (beside Name). The system will automatically send the confirmation email to all attendees on your list.
