The answer to the question is YES. If the ticket currency is set to MYR the payment gateway (Razer) will accept the foreign credit card (Only VISA/MASTERCARD). However, credit card need to have 3d secure payment (this is a requirement from the NATIONAL BANK OF MALAYSIA for online transactions).
Apart from that, the payer needs to make sure the credit card they use allow foreign transaction. For this case, the credit card holder needs to check with their bank.
There's a case where the credit card issuer does not allow payment outside the issuer country. for e.g: credit card issued in Japan. Participants try to make payments from other countries. The credit card issuer block the transaction. For this case, the credit card holder needs to contact the bank to allow the transaction.
