Simple and stress free seating arrangement module for your event. With the new features will be able to create any amount of table and set up to 10 seats per table. Once the seats has been assigned to the attendees, event organizer will be able to know the attendees seating during event days. The information will be displayed when user check-in the attendees to the event (mobile app or web application).


How To Setup Seat for Your Event


1. Go to Seating Arrangement module under Event Settings

2. Click on Add Venue  icon and click Save


- You will be able to edit the Venue name any point in time. To edit Venue Name, you can click on Action >> Edit Venue


3. Next you can add table and seat to the venue that you have created. Click on Add Table button and enter the number of table and seat (for each table). When you have entered the information, click SaveDo note that you can add more table to the venue anytime when it is require.


4. Once you have added the table, you will see the table list in the system. You will be able to edit table name, assign attendees or remove table using the 3 dots


5. To assign attendees to the table, just click Assign Seats


6. In the next window, you can assign attendees to each of the seat. Please note, you will only able to assign attendees that has registered to your event. You may also typing the attendees to speed up the process



- The system will prompt you if accidentally assigned the same attendees to a different table




How to Check Attendees That Are Not Being Assigned


You can check the attendees that are not being assigned to any seats yet by following these steps:


1. Click View


2. Click on the arrow beside Seat No. column to sort the data.


- You can also export the list to excel by clicking Action >> Export





Check In Attendees on the Day of the Event


Once you have assigned the seat to the attendees, we would advise you to resend the confirmation email with e-ticket to the attendees. Once you have assigned the seat, the attendees table and seat no will appear on their e-ticket.

When you check-in the attendees in the mobile app, you will be able to view the attendees seat details after you scan their e-ticket. You will find the details  in the Check-In Confirmation Dialogue. It will show the Venue Name, Table Number and Seat Number



You also can view the table and seat number in the attendees list in the mobile app.  You can find the details under their names in the list.
