To use our mobile app check-in you may download using the link below:

Once you have downloaded the mobile app, you may login using the same credential as the web application.

After login, you can tap on your event. You may also use the search box to search for your event

To Check-In by scanning the QR Code, you may tap on the QR Scanner icon at the bottom. If you would like to Check-in by names, you may tap on Attendees icon.

CHECK-IN BY SCANNING THE QR CODE

- At the event page, tap on the QR Scanner icon

- Scan the QR Code. If the attendees show the QR Code/e-ticket using smartphone, please make sure the screen is bright

- Once the QR Code is scanned, Check-In confirmation dialogue will appear. Tap on Yes, confirm button  to check-in the attendees. On the confirmation dialogue, you will be able to view the participant basic information such as Name. Email, Organisation, Designation and Ticket Type

MANUAL CHECK-IN/CHECK-IN BY NAME

- At the event page, tap on the Attendees Icon

- You can use the search  box to search the name. To speed up the process, you can search the participant First Name. The app will display all the name that have the keyword you enter at the search box

- To check-in the attendees, you can swipe to the left and tap on Check-In

- To get the latest list of attendees (for events that have walk-in), you can swipe down the list to get the latest list of attendees

TURN ON SESSION IN THE MOBILE APP

- At the event page, tap on the Session icon at the bottom

- Next, click on the session icon to turn on the session. The button will turned blue once the session is on.  Then, select you session and you can proceed to check-in using the flow provided above.

- Whenever, you kill the background app in your phone, will require to turn on the session when you relaunch the app.

CHECKING OUT ATTENDEES

The mobile app also allow you to Check-out attendees, to change the mode for QR Scanner you can click on the Check-In at the QR Code Scanning page to change the mode.

To check-out by names, you can follow the steps provided at Manual Check-In section above. However, to check-out the attendees, you can swipe to the right and tap Check-Out
