Evenesis system allows you to review your attendees before registering them for your exclusive exhibitions, meetings, and events. Below are the steps to activate this feature while using our system.


Once you enable the feature, delegate receive below message when they submitted their registration.


As an admin, you will be able to see the Pending Approval Registration in the Attendees list




There will also be a pop-up after you click the green tick button. You can decide to just approve them or send them a confirmation email as well. After you select the 'Approve and send confirmation email' button, the attendee will automatically receive the confirmation email created by you.




TO ENABLE THE FEATURE


1st: You have to turn this feature on in the Settings under Ticket Options:


2nd: While you are creating your tickets, you have to untick the automatic approval function so that you can review your attendees' profiles. 

If this event is collecting payments for tickets, attendees will only pay after you have approved their registration (you may add the payment link at Pay Later Confirmation Email .




3rd: You will need to design your email template to be sent out to attendees who are pending review to notify them that you have received their registration but have yet to confirm their attendance. They will receive the email once they submit the registration form.

- You will need to setup confirmation email for Pending, Paid or Pay Later (depends on your ticket fees) and Reject.
