You may add hyperlinks to your form questions with the simple steps below:
1. Create you custom question and click Save
2. Drag the question into your form.
3. Click on the Arrow icon at the top right of the question section.
Note: You may skip steps 1 and 2 if you want to add a hyperlink to a question you've already added to your form
4. Go to the Question Name and click Add Link
5. Enter the text and the link in the pop-up dialogue and then click Add. The system will add the text with hyperlink in the question name based on the location of your text cursor.
